User Content Disclaimer
Last updated 13 August 2026
suckmy.site stores and delivers user-generated material on servers and object storage we operate or rent ("User Content"): profiles, bios, images, video, audio, links, widgets, and layout. This notice describes that hosting role. It does not waive duties the law still puts on us, and it is not a finding that any specific claim would fail in court.
We host. We do not author user pages.
Except for our marketing pages, branding, and interface copy, we do not create the content on user profiles. A page at suckmy.site/[username] is published by that user.
A view count, a leaderboard place, or a dashboard preview is not a review, verification, or endorsement.
What the law expects of a host
EU and German hosting rules generally do not require us to monitor all User Content in advance or to search on our own for every illegal act. Rate limits, spam checks, or occasional review do not turn us into the editor of every profile.
A host can still have to act once it has actual knowledge of illegal content, or once a valid notice arrives, and other duties can apply (for example a reporting channel). We do not claim immunity in every case. If we know, or if the law requires action, we may remove content, restrict a page, or close an account.
Your responsibility
If you publish User Content, you are the publisher of that material. That includes copyright, trademark, privacy and personality rights, defamation, and any other duty that applies to what you post.
Do not upload files or links you do not have the right to use. Do not use our servers for malware, stolen data, or content that is illegal.
Links on a profile go to other people's sites. We do not control those sites.
How to notify us
Use the report control on the public profile. That is our electronic notice channel. You can also use Discord or any email on the Imprint page.
A useful notice includes the profile URL, what is wrong, why it is illegal or infringing, and (for copyright) proof that you own the right or are allowed to act. We may ask for more detail. We may preserve data when we need it for a report or a legal hold.
We may not tell the uploader in every case, in particular if notice would interfere with an investigation or with child-safety reports.
Adult material and minors
Users control their pages, so adult or otherwise sensitive material can appear. We do not certify that a profile is safe for minors.
Sexual content involving minors is forbidden. Reports of that material are treated as the highest priority and may be sent to authorities.
Availability
Servers and storage fail. Backups can be incomplete. Keep your own copies of media you care about. Deleted files can remain in backups or caches for a while.
