Terms of Service
Last updated 13 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit suckmy.site, create an account, or publish a profile. They work together with the Privacy Policy and the User Content Disclaimer. If a mandatory consumer or platform rule in your country conflicts with these Terms, that rule wins.
The service
suckmy.site is a link-in-bio host. You can claim a username and publish a public profile with text, links, media, widgets, and optional design tools. Some tools need a Premium or Pro plan.
We may change, limit, or stop parts of the service. We do not promise uptime, a place on the leaderboard, or any number of views.
Accounts
Public sign-in uses Discord OAuth. You must be allowed to use that Discord account. You must also be old enough under Discord's rules and under the law that applies to you. If you publish or view adult material, you must be old enough to do that as well.
You are responsible for activity on your account. If you lose control of your Discord login, tell us. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaks these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or is used to abuse the service.
There is currently no self-serve account-deletion button. To ask for account closure, contact us through the Imprint page.
Your content
You keep the rights in content you upload or configure (text, images, video, audio, links, layout, and similar material). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to run the service (including your public page and the dashboard preview).
That license ends for a given item when it is removed from the live service, except for reasonable backup, cache, and legal-hold copies. We do not claim a right to use your profile in ads just because you published it.
You are responsible for your content and for links you post. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it. Hosting liability is described in the User Content Disclaimer.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harm people, or abuse our systems. That includes malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, doxxing, spam, scraping that overloads the service, bypassing rate limits or security, and posting content you do not have the right to use.
Child sexual abuse material is forbidden. We will remove it and may report it to authorities. Sexual content involving minors is forbidden even if it is drawn, written, or generated by a model.
We may remove content, hide a profile, change a username, or ban an account when we reasonably need to protect people, the service, or to follow the law. The report control on a public profile is the main way to notify us of a problem.
Plans
Free, Premium, Pro, and Supporter are described on the pricing page. Premium and Pro are one-time access bought through Stripe Checkout. Supporter is a monthly add-on billed by Stripe. You can also receive access through invite codes or admin grants. Cancel or update a Stripe subscription in the customer portal from account settings. Refunds follow Stripe and consumer law where it applies.
If a paid or granted plan ends, your profile may drop back to free limits. Feature lists and prices on the marketing site can change.
Liability
We run a hosting platform. We are not the author of user profiles. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from a profile.
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law forbids it. That includes liability for intent, for gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, and any other liability that cannot be limited toward consumers.
For other losses, and only to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage, and only for foreseeable damage caused by a breach of essential duties. This section does not create extra claims that the law does not already give you.
Changes, law, contact
We may update these Terms. The date on this page is the current version. For a logged-in user, a material change should be treated as applying after we have made the new Terms available on this site. If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to close the account.
These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business, except that you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers may often sue in their home courts.
